Kim and Joe live right here in the community and take pride in making Snowbirds Landing a wonderful place to call home. They take care of the property and day-to-day maintenance, so there's always a familiar face nearby, when something needs attention.
They also organize our parties and get-togethers and love bringing neighbors together, Whether they're fixing something, planning the next gathering, or simply stopping to chat, Kim and Joe are a big part of what makes Snowbirds Landing feel like home.

Snowbirds Landing is set on 40 acres, surrounded by mature trees, open lawns, and beautiful landscaping. The apartment buildings are thoughtfully spaced throughout the property, giving the community an open, uncrowded feel with plenty of green space in between.
Take a walk through the grounds, spend time outdoors, or simply enjoy the changing seasons from your patio or balcony. It’s a setting that feels removed from the bustle, while shops, restaurants, and everyday conveniences are still just a short drive away.
The residents here are all so nice to each other. Our managers Kim and Joe are so helpful and always with a smile. I have made numerous friends. Snowbirds Landing has monthly gatherings for the residents, which everyone enjoys. The grounds are beautiful thanks to Kim and Joe. I really enjoy living in my beautiful and spacious home.
