Kim and Joe live right here in the community and take pride in making Snowbirds Landing a wonderful place to call home. They take care of the property and day-to-day maintenance, so there's always a familiar face nearby, when something needs attention.

They also organize our parties and get-togethers and love bringing neighbors together. Whether they're fixing something, planning the next gathering, or simply stopping to chat, Kim and Joe are a big part of what makes Snowbirds Landing feel like home.

The residents here are all so nice to each other. Our managers Kim and Joe are so helpful and always with a smile. I have made numerous friends. Snowbirds Landing has monthly gatherings for the residents, which everyone enjoys. The grounds are beautiful thanks to Kim and Joe. I really enjoy living in my beautiful and spacious home.
